Rip Curl Sun Drenched Hooded Changing Towel - Pink

My review has two parts, one for the product itself and one for my experience with Surfboards.com as it was my first time using the site. The hooded changing towel from Rip Curl is one of my favourite things ever. I bought one a few years ago and loved it so much I tracked this one down online (which is how I found Surfboards.com for the first time). The towel is of good quality, thick and plushy and soft against the skin. It is also a thick enough towel to actually dry you off completely, not thin like a cheap beach towel you sometimes see. The construction is very well done as well, the seams are reinforced in places prone to stress, the hoodie pocket / kangaroo style pouch is large enough to be useful or just to keep your hands dry/warm, and there are slits in the sides (just under the armholes) so that you can change in or out of clothes or swim gear with greater ease. The hood is the perfect size as well (I have a pretty big head to tell the truth and often struggle with hats etc) and I can actually use the hood just to towel dry my hair (again, the towel is super absorbent, does a great job). As for my experience with Surfboards.com and the staff, it was a dream. They received my order and started fulfilling it immediately. I live outside of the U.S. and so my shipping info is a different style, so they called me and checked that they had it down right and that the package would reach me okay. Just the nicest and most polite people in the world (both on the phone and in written correspondence actually, so extra points for the consistency). Everyone was so helpful and really went above and beyond. I honestly am looking forward to shopping here again in the future because it was such a good experience. TL;DR both are excellent, cannot recommend enough.
