The Ticket watch by Nixon features 3 hand Swiss movement, a stainless steel case with triple gasket crown, and stainless steel band. A double locking clasp completes the package. The Ticket is water resistant, but don't go swimming with it.
What is jewel movement? Great question. It's our understanding that the jewels provide the lubricant needed so the pins and moving parts (the guts of the watch) do not become out of synch or simply seize up over years of use. More jewels lead to more accuracy, longevity and expense.
