Excellent features (Cooler pocket, sunglass spot, rear strap, and laptop pocket sold me). However, laptop pouch is not exceptionally padded, cooler pocket does only a so-so job on keeping items cold (def better than nothing), and backpack is only maximally comfortable to me when the front transverse chest/shoulder strap is connected. Overall, still pretty happy with the pack. Do wish the zippers did not "jingle" as much, but will probably put a bit more material around them to silence them.
