Comment: These are the perfect solution to a very high priced rack. I use them only around town and not on highways, and are easy to put on and load the board. I would just make sure the front one is over the top of you seat and not more forward, or your head will touch it.

Comment: These are pretty good, however the ends kinda ride up and flap in the wind. Maybe i need to adjust the straps. just a thought.

Comment: Rax does the job for my local drives to beach. Once you go over 40 MPH you get some bounce and rattling of the tie downs.

Questions From Buyers
What is the ideal spacing from front to rear with this rack? Does the board contact the vehicle? what about an antenna in the middle of the roof? Typically you want to space the racks as far away from each other as you can. I don't think most conventional racks will work with an antenna right in the middle. However, it will depend on the length of the board. Unless the board is super thick, it should not make contact with the roof.
Is your Block Wrap Rax Deluxe single soft rack OK for a single SUP? This system can be used for an SUP board. We don't recommend highway speeds though.
Is this product safe for my board, assuming I don't drive over 60 mph? Yes. We typically recommend staying under highway speeds when using any soft rack.
